IT Support Manager
Chris Powell is Inforalgo’s trusted IT support manager, looking after both our managed services and on-premise customers. His role includes making continual improvements to process and operational efficiency, embracing the latest standards, and advocating collaborative ways of working.
Before joining Inforalgo in 2018, Chris spent four years at automotive and aerospace components giant GKN, most recently as IT service desk manager responsible for day-to-day management and co-ordination of technicians and application support analysts, and previously administering and supporting company-wide applications and systems, both cloud-based and on premise.
He has also held IT support positions at payroll bureau ESOS and at NHS Solihull Care Trust. In common with many of his colleagues at Inforalgo, Chris brings to the company exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
